Our first priority is to insure your success with our products and services. Greetingartcards.com guarantees that the product you buy is of first quality unless specifically described as second quality in the description. We take your satisfaction very seriously and will only work with shippers who have a reputation for excellence. Nevertheless, sometimes the product delivered fails to live up to the published specifications or is damaged in shipping. If there is any problem with your order please follow the following Return Procedure:


How to Return an Item
Email or fax a letter to Greetingartcards.com indicating the item you would like to return within five (5) days after you have received the item. Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returned products.


Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for shipping returned items back to our offices. The original shipping price will not be refunded.


Acceptance of Return is Contingent on Saleable Condition
We will only accept items for a return if they are still packaged and in re-sellable condition. If you've opened the product, damaged the product or packaging, or used some of the paper then please don't return it. If we cannot resell the item we will not issue a credit. Greetingartcards.com customer service will contact the warehouse once the product is returned in order to determine if the order has been returned in satisfactory condition and qualifies for return.


Refund Notification and Turnaround Time of Refunds
Once Greetingartcards.com customer service has received confirmation that the item has been received by our warehouse the customer will be notified as to the status of the return. The Customer will be notified either via email or fax. Refunds on credit usually take 2-3 business days for the credit card company to process but sometimes the bank keeps the money for as much as 10 business days. Please note that the 2-3 day processing time starts after the returned items have been received by our warehouses and the notification has been given. The refund will be issued to the customer via the same method used for the original purchase, credit card.


Greetingartcards.com Address
Return the item to the same location from which it was shipped. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS OR IT WILL NOT BE CREDITED. We have no ability to restock product at a different location and credit will not be issued for items shipped to another address under any circumstances. Please return the product to the original stocking warehouse.


Greetingartcards.com Errors
If the item is returned because of Greetingartcards.com error and we've shipped the wrong item then please call our customer service line immediately and arrange for re-shipment of the correct product. Greetingartcards.com customer service will refund the costs associated with regular and registered Mail Service (excluding DHL, FEDEX, UPS) for returning the mis-picked product to our warehouse.


Customer Errors
If the item is returned due to customer ordering error, the customer must return the item to the shipper of origin at their expense.


Shipper Errors
Greetingartcards.com recommends that the customer insures a return shipment if there is any doubt that the product will be accepted in saleable condition at the warehouse. Occasionally regular Mail Service damages a package, loses a package or ships it to the wrong address. It doesn't happen often but it does happen and paper is fragile. Please insure return shipments.


Shipping Policy
All in-house orders are shipped through Swiss Post International Mail Service and the delivery time ranges from 3 to 15 business days according to where the order is being shipped to worldwide. We are not responsible or have no control over the Swiss Post International Mail Service deliveries and delays. If customer prefers a different carrier, the customer must provide us with their own account information. We will contact any provider as long as an account is available. FedEx carrier does not allow third party to call for a pick up. The customer is encouraged to use a different carrier, or the customer has to contact FedEx to arrange the pick up. That will result in extra fees from FedEx to the customer's account. As an alternative, the customer can provide us with a pre-printed FedEx label. Order processing requires 1-2 additional business days. Weekend deliveries are not available. For security purposes, we may require verbal verification, which may extend processing time.


Problems in Shipping
We are striving to process and ship all orders as fast as possible. However, from time to time we might experience delays in shipping due to overload, longer time required for a job to print, due to delays in the actual printing process to finish the job. We will do our best to meet the due date, and in case we cannot we try to notify the customer on a timely manner. From time to time, items cannot reach their destination due to problems or errors of the delivery carrier. To minimize problems with packaging, we pack products in stable letters or cardboard boxes for extra durability. Greetingartcards.com will handle only claims of orders that were shipped using the Greetingartcards.com Swiss Post International Mail Service. We are not allowed to handle claims of orders that were shipped on customer's account, but we will supply the customer with all the necessary documentation to file their own claim.


Quotes
With Greetingartcards.com's unique online pricing and ordering system, customers can order all their products online. For items with no price labels on the website, a quote request is necessary.


Methods of Payment
Greetingartcards.com accepts only major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. Additional credit and debit cards such as American Express, Diners, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Maestro and PayPal might be available in the future. We do not charge customers any additional fees for using their credit card. We do not accept cash via post or any other mail carrier nor do we accept checks and Wires.


New Customer Order Payment Info
Orders from new customers without past payment history with Greetingartcards.com will not get processed until complete payment information is received.


Pricing Policy
Greetingartcards.com prices apply globally and are listed and charged in USD on our website plus shipping costs, unless the customer is using their own shipping account.


International Orders
All orders are subject to duties and taxes where applicable, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.


Color and Quality Control Policy
Greetingartcards.com uses only the latest available offset presses for best quality results. Quality control personnel inspects all jobs, no matter their size, at all stages of production to assure that we provide customers with the best quality possible. Greetingartcards.com will reproduce the submitted products matching the colors as closely as possible; however, we do not guarantee color matching. Please note that most color monitors and output devices (including inkjet and laser printers) are miscalibrated. What this means is what customers see on the screen or print on their printers is not necessarily what they will get. The monitor's calibration affects what they see on your screen. The color values in the product/artwork will affect the colors printed on the cards. Always check the values of the color.
